| "As the staff have been opening Personal accounts on (system) they seem to know most of the process but with the training it gives them clarity what to look out for with opening a business account & the differences between personal & business account opening process. They also have appreciated the fact that once we have walked them through the process from completing a search to opening a business account (using the training modules) & pointed out the things to be mindful of & explain why, they are more comfortable using (system). We have also explained (as some staff open business accounts maybe once every couple of months) that they can visit the training module example to help their memory & comfort level as & when required or when they have a few minutes to spare." |

| “The straight forward and easy access to me is a real winner - for staff new to role to be able to access training so easily is fantastic.
Although not a regular (system) user, I really think that these training modules are very straight forward, explain usage in very simple and logical order and would make explaining the system to new users a very simple process. Being able to click on the link and return to the training very easily after interruptions and require very little guidance from mentors makes the explananation very user-friendly. Well done!” |
